The under arm deodorant was invented by Ziryab in the 9th century in Al-Andalus. A U.S. inventor in the year 1888 developed the first commercial deodorant, Mum in Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. On 28th January 1941, Jules Montenier patented the modern creation of antiperspirant. In the year 1965, the antiperspirant aerosol deodorants were launched for the first time.
