Zenith Electronics Corporation in 1950 developed the first television remote control called as Lazy Bones and it was attached to the television with a wire. The first wireless TV remote “Flash-matic” was created in 1955 by Zenith engineer, Eugene Polley. In the year 1956, Zenith engineer, Doctor Robert Adler designed the first improved remote control known as Zenith Space Command.
