Chinese invented the first hot air balloons in the mid 14th century. In the year 1783, Joseph Montgolfier, his brother, Jacques-Etinenne Montgolfier along with French scientist Pilatre de Rozier invented the modern hot air balloons and on 5th June 1783 it was launched. It is one of the ancient flight technologies of carrying humans.
