A young pharmacist Charles Alderton invented the soft drink “Dr Pepper” in 1885 in Morrison’s Old Corner Drug Store in Waco, Texas in the United States. At the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition it was introduced nationally as a new type of soda pop in the United States made with 23 flavors.
