However in the period 1934, Louisville, Kentucky-based Kaelin’s Restaurant has claimed to invent the cheeseburger. After a year later, the trademark for using cheeseburger got to Louis Ballast of the Humpty Dumpty Drive-In in Denver in Colorado.
